Steve and Eva formed a partnership in 1973 when they were married. Eva has lived in the Lakes Region all her life residing in Meredith. Steve moved to New Hampshire in the late 60'S from North Reading Mass. Both Steve and Eva have been real estate agents for several years and formed Winnhurst Real Estate in 2005 after working for a couple of agencies in the area. Both believe in a low pressure sales approach and feel both sellers and buyers have enough stress to deal with during the transaction. With their knowledge of the area and experience of living in the Lakes Region it makes life a lot easier for buyers moving into the area.
